| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tabákovou závislostí zaměstnanců a jejími dopady na podnik. Teoretická část má za cíl představit propojení tabákové závislosti a pracovního prostředí, vysvětlit závislost a zvlášť závislost tabákovou, potom ekonomickou zátěž, kterou společnosti, jedincům nebo podnikům způsobuje a možnosti její prevence. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s majitelem podniku, ve kterém kouří 80 % zaměstnanců, zjišťuji reálné problémy způsobené tabákovou závislostí zaměstnanců a následně vytvářím podle mých rozhovorů s právničkou a epidemioložkou doporučený postup řešení podnikových problému vzniklých tabákovou závislostí, který zohledňuje dostupná řešení této problematiky v souladu se zákonem i s odborným lékařským doporučením. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis explores employee tobacco addiction and its effects on the company. The theoretical part aims to present the connection between tobacco addiction and the work environment, to explain addiction and especially tobacco addiction, then the economic burden it causes to society, individuals or businesses and the possibilities of its prevention. On the basis of a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview with the owner of a business where 80% of employees smoke, I found out the real problems caused by employees' tobacco addiction. Then, based on my interview with a lawyer and an epidemiologist, I created a recommended procedure for solving business problems caused by tobacco addiction, which takes into account the available solutions to this problem in accordance with the law and professional recommendations. |
