| Abstract: | Tato práce se týká návrhu reportingu strategie vůči zájmovým skupinám studentské organizace ESN VSE Prague. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií stakeholderů a analýzou příkladů reportingu z České republiky a ze zahraničí. Praktická část aplikuje teorii na organizaci ESN VSE Prague, která je typická svým národním (ESN CZ) i mezinárodním přesahem (ESN AISBL) a spolupracuje úzce se školou (VŠE), s Oddělením zahraničních styků (OZS), se zahraničními studenty, dobrovolníky i řadou podniků a dalších organizací a institucí. Tato diplomová práce na základě využití nástroje materiální matice poskytuje návrh formalizovaného reportingu strategie a navrhuje indikátory pro plnění strategických cílů vůči klíčovým stakeholderům studentské organizace ESN VSE Prague. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis explains the concept of strategy reporting towards stakeholder groups of the student organization ESN VSE Prague. The theoretical part deals with the stakeholder theory and the analysis of examples of reporting from the Czech Republic and abroad. In the practical part, the theory is applied to the organization ESN VSE Prague, which is typical for its national (ESN CZ) and international overlap (ESN AISBL) and cooperates closely with the school (VŠE), with the Department of Foreign Relations (OZS), with foreign students, volunteers and many others businesses and other organizations and institutions. Based on the use of the material matrix tool, this diploma thesis provides a concept of formalized strategy reporting and suggests appropriate indicators for the fulfillment of strategic goals towards the key stakeholders of the student organization ESN VSE Prague. |
