| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou padělání luxusního módního zboží. Teoretická část objasňuje historický vývoj a souvislosti vzniku autorského práva v módním průmyslu, a věnuje se jednotlivým rozdílům mezi zeměmi a kontinenty. Praktická část se soustředí na mapování best practices užívaných při ochraně a ověřování autentického módního zboží. Pomocí metody otevřeného kódování se snaží odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku Jaké formy ochrany luxusních módních značek je využíváno při ověřování originality luxusního módního zboží? |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the issue of counterfeiting luxury fashion goods. The theoretical part presents the historical development and context of the creation of copyright in the fashion industry and focuses on the individual differences between countries and continents. The practical part focuses on the mapping of best practices used in the protection and autentification of original fashion goods. The practical part presents the best practices in the fight against counterfeiting in the fashion industry using the open coding method. |
