| Abstract: | Daná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku skladových operací a meření jejich produktivity. Primárním cílem této práce je analýza systému měření produktivity skladových operací v distribučním centru společností Tesco s následovným návrhem na optimalizaci a modernizaci současného systému metrik produktivity s ohledem na identifikované problematické body ve vymezených operacích. Teoretická část se věnuje oblastí skladové logistice, funkcím a typům skladů, jednotlivým operacím, ukazatelům produktivity a ABC XYZ analýze. Praktická část začíná představením zkoumaného DC Postřižin společností Tesco Stores ČR, pokračuje popisem jeho operací a systému měření produktivity těchto operací. Dále je navržené řešení na optimalizaci měření produktivity, provedena ABC XYZ analýza zásob a navržen nový layout skladu. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is devoted to the problematic of warehouse operations and measuring their performance. The main purpose of this work is to analyze the performance measuring system of warehouse operations in the Tesco distribution center, followed by a proposal for optimizing and modernizing the current system of performance indicators, considering the identified problem points in certain operations. The theoretical part is focused on the areas of warehouse logistics, functions and types of warehouses, certain operations, performance indicators and ABC XYZ inventory analysis. The practical part begins with the introduction of the DC Postřižin of Tesco Stores ČR, continues with a defining its operations and the performance measuring system of these operations. Based on that is proposed a solution to optimize and improve performance measurement, connected to the following ABC XYZ inventory analysis with a newly developed warehouse layout. The results of the work are summarized in the conclusion. |
