| Abstract: | Výzkumnými cíli této práce bylo zjištění a popis stavu spokojenosti studentů managementu Fakulty podnikohospodářské na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze a identifikace užšího počtu faktorů celkové spokojenosti jako skrytých proměnných. Tyto faktory pak byly zkoumány z hlediska jejich vlivu na celkovou spokojenost. Tato diplomová práce využívá v praktické části metody jako jsou dotazování na internetu, explorační faktorová analýza, lineární regrese a Welchův t-test nezávislých výběrů. Výsledky prokázaly relativně vysokou spokojenost studentů s dílčími aspekty studia (spokojenost s 68.9 % aspektů), přičemž bylo identifikováno 5 faktorů spokojenosti. Regresní model odhaduje největší vliv na celkovou spokojenost u faktoru Přístup vyučujícího ke studentům a Praktický přínos studia. Měření spokojenosti prokázalo, že fakulta má vhodně nastavené strategické cíle, ale zároveň odhalilo i jejich rezervy v případě nereflektování Neakademických aspektů studia. Měření spokojenosti je na základě výsledků výzkumu doporučováno jako možný nástroj k utváření strategie business škol a měření jejich výkonnosti. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis aims to determine and describe the level of satisfaction of management students at the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague. Another goal was the identification of main satisfaction factors as latent variables, which at the same time have the ability to represent partial satisfaction with the educational experience. These factors were then examined in terms of their influence on overall satisfaction. In the practical part, this diploma thesis uses methods such as internet surveys, exploratory factor analysis, linear regression and Welch's t-test of independent samples. The results showed relatively high student satisfaction with partial aspects of the educational experience (satisfied with 68.9% of aspects), while 5 factors of satisfaction were identified. The regression model estimates the greatest influence on satisfaction for the factors Tutor’s approach to students and Practical benefit of the educational experience. The measurement of satisfaction proved that the faculty has appropriately set its strategic goals, but at the same time it also revealed their lack of reflecting on the Non-academic aspects of the educational experience. |
