| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak neziskové organizace ovlivňují urbanní rozvoj. Je též zaměřena na strategické plánování a udržitelný rozvoj. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na úpravu krajiny a to především na výsadbu zeleně ve městech a obcích. V rámci bakalářské práce jsou přiblíženy výhody výsadby stromů. V praktické části bylo dotazníkové šetření, které je vyhodnocované pomocí kontingenčních tabulek a chí-kvadrát testů. Praktická část zároveň obsahuje krátký rozhovor s Nadací Via. Závěrem bakalářské práce je nedostatečná spolupráce s neziskovými organizacemi a v mnoha případech i nedostatečná komunikace v rámci formálního leadershipu. Obyvatelé často nevyvíjí mnoho iniciativ a mnohdy ani neví o možnostech spolupráce s neziskovými organizacemi. Bakalářská práce slouží jako návod pro obce, města, ale i obyvatele k větší iniciativě a využívání neziskových organizací, které mohou pomoci v rámci odborných znalostí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how non-profit organizations influence urban development. It is also focused on strategic planning and sustainable development. The bachelor's thesis focuses on landscaping, especially the planting of trees in cities and towns. As part of the bachelor's thesis, the benefits of planting trees are explained. The practical part consisted of a questionnaire survey, which is evaluated using contingency tables and chi-square tests. The practical part also includes a short interview with the Via Foundation. The conclusion of the bachelor's thesis is insufficient cooperation with non-profit organizations and, in many cases, insufficient communication within the framework of formal leadership. Residents often do not develop many initiatives and often do not even know about the possibilities of cooperation with non-profit organizations. The bachelor's thesis serves as a guide for municipalities, cities, but also residents to take greater initiative and use non-profit organizations that can help within the framework of professional knowledge. |
