| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, zda je současné tempo hospodářského růstu Číny udržitelné i do budoucna. Hlavním cílem práce je potvrdit hypotézu: Tempo hospodářského růstu Číny, které vykazovala za období 2001-2022, není dlouhodobě udržitelné. Dalším cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat vybrané ekonomické problémy Číny, které se v budoucnu mohou ukázat jako hlavní příčiny poklesu růstu.V teoretické části jsou použity metody deskripce a literární rešerše. V praktické části jsou využity metody analýzy a komparace. Data pro analýzu a komparaci jsou převzata zejména z databáze Světové banky. Přidaná hodnota vyplývá ze zasazení převzatých dat do ekonomických souvislostí. Cíl práce byl splněn. Byla verifikována stanovená hypotéza: Tempo hospodářského růstu Číny, které vykazovala za období 2001-2022, není dlouhodobě udržitelné. Analýza dat prokázala, že problémy, se kterými se bude Čína v blízké budoucnosti potýkat, budou značnou překážkou pro její budoucí hospodářský růst. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis addresses the question of whether China's current rate of economic growth is sustainable in the future. The main objective of the thesis is to confirm the hypothesis: China's economic growth rate exhibited over the period 2001-2022 is not sustainable in the long run. Another objective of the thesis is to identify and analyze selected economic problems in China that may prove to be the main causes of the decline in growth in the future.In the theoretical part the methods of description and literature search are used. In the practical part the methods of analysis and comparison are used. Data for analysis and comparison are taken mainly from the World Bank database. The added value comes from placing the data in an economic context. The objective of the thesis has been met. The stated hypothesis has been verified: China's economic growth rate exhibited over the period 2001-2022 is not sustainable in the long run. The data analysis showed that the problems China will face in the near future will be a significant obstacle to its future economic growth. |
