| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat vývoj zdravotnictví na území České republiky v letech 2010-2020. Práce se věnuje objasnění ekonomického pohledu na determinanty zdraví. V rámci této práce dochází také ke zkoumání nelékařských aspektů ovlivňující zdraví obyvatel. V blízké budoucnosti bude muset ČR řešit dopady způsobené demografickým stárnutím obyvatelstva. To bude mít za následek ztížení financování zdravotnictví z veřejných zdrojů. Nechybí také kapitola věnována infekční nemoci covid-19 a jejím dopadům na český zdravotní systém. Práce přináší také možnosti digitalizace zdravotnictví s důrazem na prevenci obyvatelstva. V teoretické části práce je představena současná struktura českého zdravotnictví, včetně způsobu financování. Nejsou opomenuty ani mechanismy a základní principy českého zdravotního systému. Dále se teoretická část práce věnuje poptávce po zdravotní péči, jak z pohledu poskytovatelů, tak také příjemců zdravotní péče. Nechybí rozdělení zdravotního systému na základní a prémiovou péči. V rámci poslední kapitoly teoretické části práce, dochází ke komplexnímu popisu stavu českého zdravotnictví. Je poukázáno na výhody českého zdravotnictví, ze kterých lze do budoucna vycházet. Je upozorněno na problémy zdravotnictví spojené s problematikou státu blahobytu. Praktická část se věnuje nejdříve zanalyzování zdravotního stavu obyvatelstva a poté navazuje analýzou nelékařských faktorů, které mají ale značný vliv na zdravotní stav obyvatelstva. V neposlední řadě práce přináší personální a finanční analýzu zdrojů, včetně systému zdravotních pojišťoven. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to analyze the development of healthcare in the territory of the Czech Republic in the years 2010-2020. The work is dedicated to clarifying the economic perspective on the determinants of health. As part of this work, non-medical aspects affecting the health of the population are also investigated. In the near future, the Czech Republic will have to deal with the effects caused by the demographic aging of the population. This will have the effect of making it more difficult to finance healthcare from public sources. There is also a chapter dedicated to the infectious disease covid-19 and its impact on the Czech health system. The work also brings the possibilities of digitizing healthcare with an emphasis on prevention. In the theoretical part of the thesis is presented the current structure of the Czech healthcare system, including the method of financing. The mechanisms and basic principles of the Czech health system are also not neglected. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the work is devoted to the demand for health care, both from the point of view of providers and recipients of health care. There is also a division of the health system into basic and premium care. In the last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis, there is a comprehensive description of the state of the Czech healthcare system. The advantages of the Czech healthcare system are pointed out, which can be used as a basis for the future. However, attention is drawn to the health care problems associated with the issue of the welfare state. The practical part is first devoted to analyzing the health status of the population and then continues with the analysis of non-medical factors that have a significant influence to the health status of the population. Last but not least, the work provides personnel and financial analysis of resources, including the system of health insurance companies. |
