| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na matky samoživitelky vracející se na trh práce v roce 2022 v České republice. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření práce zjišťuje, které překážky jsou matky samoživitelky nejvíce omezující a naopak. Dále se práce snaží přiblížit život samoživitelek a poznat lépe jejich potřeby. Z provedené analýzy je zřejmé, že dotazované ženy jako nejvíce omezující vidí nedostatečnou flexibilitu ze strany zaměstnanců. Matky samoživitelky uvádějí, že největší problém spatřují v nedostatku pracovních pozic na částečný úvazek a také v neochotě zaměstnavatelů se jakkoliv přizpůsobit, např. v upravení pracovní doby či výběru směn. Naopak obavu ze ztráty příspěvku při překročení hranice pobytu dítěte v předškolním zařízení či jejich např. nedostatečnou motivaci se na trh práce vrátit samoživitelky jako relevantní překážku nepovažují. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on single mothers re-entering the labor market in 2022 in the Czech Republic. Using a questionnaire survey, the thesis determines what barriers are the most challenging and limiting for single mothers and vice versa. Furthermore, it tries to draw more attention to the topic of single parenthood, their struggles and it tries to get to know their needs better. The conclusion from the analysis is that the involved women see the insufficient flexibility of employers as the most limiting. The single mothers state that they see the biggest problem in a low number of part-time jobs positions and in a very little employers´ willingness to adjust, for example with customization of working hours or with choosing shifts. On the other hand, involved mothers do not consider the fear of losing their allowance when the limit of their child´s stay in a preschool facility is exceed or their inadequate motivation to re-enter the labor market as a relevant obstacle. |
