| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá managementem udržitelného rozvoje města Náchod. Součástí práce je rešerše na téma aktuálních přístupů k udržitelnému rozvoji s důrazem na lokální úroveň obcí, dále představení charakteristik města a relevantní analýzy současného stavu udržitelného rozvoje ve městě a jeho hodnocení. Zpracováno je například i metodické srovnání konceptů místní Agendy 21 a Smart City. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou v práci navrženy vhodné úpravy a doporučení pro strategické řízení a sledování agendy udržitelného rozvoje města Náchod. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the management of the sustainable development of the city of Náchod. Part of the thesis is a research on the topic of current approaches to sustainable development with an emphasis on the local level of municipalities, as well as a presentation of the characteristics of the city and a relevant analysis of the current state of sustainable development in the city and its evaluation. For instance a methodological comparison of local Agenda 21 and Smart City concepts is also processed. On the basis of the information found in the thesis, suitable modifications and recommendations for strategic management and monitoring of the sustainable development agenda of the city of Náchod are proposed. |
