| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza dopadů Průmyslu 4.0 na trh práce v České republice v letech 2010-2019. Odhalit, které pracovní oblasti na trhu práce jsou nejvíce zasaženy a ovlivněny vlivem působení digitalizace, robotizace a automatizace. Dle zjištěných údajů již ve velkém rozsahu probíhá robotizace a automatizace v prostředí bankovnictví a robotizace. Projevuje se to mimo jiné zánikem původních pozic a vznikem nových typicky v IT odvětví. Robotizace a automatizace zvyšují produktivitu, což se projevuje i ve vyšší mzdě. První část práce se nejprve zabývá vývojem průmyslových revolucí na teoretické úrovni. Zahrnuje základní pojmy v oblasti nezaměstnanosti a trhu práce. Dále práce rozebírá ekonomické školy související s technologickým pokrokem a jejich přístupy k tématu digitalizace, robotizace a umělé inteligence. Praktická část se zaměřuje trh práce v oblasti pojišťovnictví a bankovnictví v letech 2010-2020 v České republice. Tento výzkum analyzuje zejména osoby pracující v pojišťovnictví/bankovnictví z hlediska nezaměstnanosti v průběhu zkoumaných let. V poslední části práce se nachází strukturované rozhovory s pracovníky na vedoucích pozicích z oblasti bankovnictví nebo pojišťovnictví, a dotazník, který je zaměřen na všechny osoby ze stejného sektoru bez ohledu na jejich pracovní pozici. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis is to analyse the impact of Industry 4.0 on the labour market in the Czech Republic in the period 2010-2019. To reveal which areas of the labour market are most affected and influenced by the impact of digitalization, robotization and automation. According to the data, robotization and automation are already taking place on a large scale in the banking and robotics environment. This is manifested, among other things, by the disappearance of original positions and the creation of new ones, typically in the IT sector. Robotisation and automation increase productivity, which is also reflected in higher wages. The first part of the thesis first deals with the development of industrial revolutions on a theoretical level. It includes basic concepts in the field of unemployment and the labor market. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes economic schools related to technological progress and their approaches to the subject of digitalization, robotization and artificial intelligence The practical part focuses on the labor market in the field of insurance and banking in the years 2010-2020 in the Czech Republic. This research mainly analyzes people working in the insurance/banking industry from the point of view of unemployment during the years under review. In the last part of the thesis, there are structured interviews with workers in leading positions from the banking or insurance industry, and a questionnaire that is aimed at all people from the same sector, regardless of their job position. |
