| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce přibližuje veřejnosti právní ochranu životního prostředí, kterou vykovává obecní úřad s rozšířenou působností, jako orgán ochrany přírody. Práce přibližuje instituty specializované na ochranu životního prostředí a analyzuje činnost správního orgánu podle náplně jeho činnosti na úseku ochrany životního prostředí. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení nejčastějších porušení zásad ochrany životního prostředí v modelové obci se zaměřením na vodní zákon. Pro lepší představu jsou v práci uvedeny reálné příklady rozhodnutí o přestupku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis brings to the public the legal protection of the environment that is forged by a municipal authority with an extended remit, as a body of nature protection. Work zooms in institutes specialized in environmental protection and analyzes the work of the administrative body according to the content of his activities in the field of environmental protection. The aim of the work is evaluation the most frequent breaches of environmental principles in the model community with a focus on Water law. For a better idea, the thesis gives real examples of decisions about offence. |
