| Abstract: | Dánský penzijní systém se dlouhodobě řadí mezi nejlepší na světě: účastníkům poskytuje vysokou míru náhradového poměru, relativně dobře předchází chudobě důchodců a je připraven na stárnutí populace. To mě přivedlo na otázku, zda-li by byla aplikace dánského systému výhodná pro Českou republiku. V této diplomové práci analyzuji zavedení dánského modelu penzijního systému v České republice se zaměřením na dopady na účastníky systému a na stát. Dopady přechodu na dánský systém analyzuji na změně hrubého náhradového poměru a výše odvodů do systému z hlediska účastníků a na změně výdajů na penzijní systém z hlediska státu. Výsledné hodnoty porovnávám se současným stavem v České republice, abych ověřil výhodnost přechodu na dánský model. Hlavním výstupem této práce je odůvodněné nedoporučení přechodu na dánský model, a to z důvodu vysoké náročnosti na financování jak pro samotné účastníky, tak pro stát. |

| Abstract: | The Danish pension system has long been ranked among the best in the world: it provides a high replacement ratio, is relatively good at preventing pensioner poverty and is prepared for an aging population. This has led me to a question whether the application of the Danish model would be beneficial to the Czech republic. In this diploma thesis, I analyze the implementation of the Danish pension system model in the Czech Republic with a focus on the effects it would have on the system participants and the state. The effects of the implementation are analyzed on the change in the gross replacement rate and the amount of contributions to the system for the participants and on the change in expenditure on the pension system for the state. I then compare the results with the current situation in the Czech Republic to verify whether it’s beneficial to transition to the Danish model. The main output of this diploma thesis is the justification that a transition to the Danish model is not recommended due to the high demand for financing in the case of both the participants and the state. |
