Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je komparace důchodových systémů v České republice a Norsku v letech 2011–2020. Obě země čelí problému stárnutí obyvatelstva, a proto norský důchodový systém prošel v roce 2011 významnou proměnou v rámci důchodové reformy.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to compare pension systems in the Czech Republic and Norway in 2011–2020. Both countries face the problem of an aging population, which is why the Norwegian pension system underwent a significant transformation in 2011 as a part of the pension reform. The results of the analysis of long-term sustainability indicators show that in the future Norway will spend a smaller share of expenditure on old-age pensions to GDP than the Czech Republic and will have a smaller ratio of the number of elderly people to the working-age population. In Norway, there is also a higher employment rate of people in pre-retirement and retirement age. A comparison of income standardized individuals, divided into three categories according to the income, demonstrates the high solidarity of the czech pension system, as the Czech Republic in all categories provides a higher net replacement rate than Norway. The thesis also provides suggestions for possible changes in the czech pension system based on a SWOT analysis.
