| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je věnována otázce genderové mzdově mezery a vlivu kulturních faktorů na její výši. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jaké kulturní faktory z výzkumu GLOBE ovlivňují míru genderové mzdové nerovnosti ve společnosti. Pro dosa-žení cíle práce byly využity metody statistické analýzy, zejména korelační a regresní analýza. Přínosem této diplomové práce bylo zjištění, že genderová mzdová mezera je částečně ovlivněna kulturními hodnotami společnosti a lze tento vztah definovat i matematicky. Výsledky mohou přispět k zmenšení podí-lu nevysvětlené části genderové mzdové mezery. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is devoted to the question of the gender pay gap and the influence of cultural factors on its size. The aim of the work was to find out which cultural dimensions from the GLOBE research influence the degree of gender pay gay in society. To achieve the goal of the work, statistical analysis methods were used, especially correlation and regression analysis. The contribution of this thesis was the finding that the gender pay gap is partially influenced by the cultural dimensions of society and that this relationship can also be defined mathematically. The results can contribute to reducing the size of the unexplained part of the gender pay gap. |
