| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je otestovat využitelnost modelu STAR v podmínkách České republiky. Metoda bude aplikována na tři vybraná náměstí malých měst na Vysočině. Konkrétně se bude jednat o Husovo náměstí v Polné, náměstí Svobody v Jemnici a Bechyňovo náměstí v Přibyslavi. V metodické části bude rozhodováno, jakým způsobem budou získána data. Metoda STAR pracuje s pěti dimenzemi kvality, většina z dimenzí se skládá z několika ukazatelů. Zprůměrováním hodnot v jedné dimenzi bude získána hodnota dimenze, která poté bude zanesena do hvězdicového grafu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to test the usability of the STAR model in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The method will be applied to three selected squares of small towns in the Vysočina region. Specifically, it will be Husovo náměstí in Polná, náměstí Svobody in Jemnice and Bechyňovo náměstí in Přibyslav. In the methodological part, it will be decided how the data will be obtained. The STAR method works with five dimensions of quality, most of the dimensions consist of several indicators. Averaging the values in one dimension will yield the value of the dimension, which will then be plotted in a star-shaped chart. |
