Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trendu neomezené dovolené ve firmách v České republice, který se stává novým nástrojem a předmětem diskuse mnoha firem praktikující flexibilní pracovní politiku. Pro lepší porozumění problematiky benefitu neomezené dovolené jsou blíže objasněny role a důležitost zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Dále se práce věnuje teorii neomezené dovolené a zejména jejím dvěma možným efektům. Samotnému výzkumu a analýze podléhá především zavedení, fungování, předpoklady a přínosy zaměstnancům i samotným firmám s neomezenou dovolenou. Pro výzkum je využita metoda kvalitativních rozhovorů ve formě interview se zástupci firem, kteří disponují potřebnými daty a znalostmi. Závěr práce přináší zhodnocení trendu neomezené dovolené a doporučení pro firmy, které jeho zavedení zvažují.

Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the trend of unlimited paid time off in companies in the Czech Republic, which is becoming a new tool and subject of discussion for many companies practicing a flexible work policy. For a better understanding of the benefit of unlimited leave, the role and importance of employee benefits are explained in more detail. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the theory of unlimited leave and especially its two possible effects. The introduction, functioning, assumptions and benefits to employees and companies themselves with unlimited paid time off are subject to research and analysis. The research uses the method of qualitative interviews with company representatives who have the necessary data and knowledge. The conclusion of the work brings an evaluation of the trend of unlimited vacation and recommendations for companies considering its introduction.
