| Abstract: | S fenoménem robotizace a automatizace se setkáváme každý den, nejen v práci, ale také ve svých osobních životech. Novodobá revoluce, která tyto trendy přivádí je na exponenciálním růstu a ovlivňuje celou společnost a okolí, proto je toto téma velice aktuální a předmětné. Tato bakalářská práce se bude zbývat základními poznatky o koexistenci robotů a lidí na současném a budoucím trhu práce. Výzkumnou metodou je systematická literární rešerše. V teoretické práci autor zasadí danou problematiku do sociálně-ekonomického kontextu a definuje si výzkumné otázky, které jsou postavené na základě obav společnosti z nástupu Průmyslu 4.0. V praktické části autor představí výzkumnou metodu, průběh výzkumu a prezentuje jeho výsledky. Následně zodpoví výzkumné otázky a nabídne podněty k další diskusi. |

| Abstract: | We encounter the phenomenon of robotics and automation every day, not only at work, but also in our personal lives. The modern revolution, which brings these trends to their exponential growth and affects the whole of society and the surrounding area, is therefore very topical and relevant. This bachelor's thesis will be left with basic knowledge about the coexistence of robots and humans in the current and future labor market. The research method is a systematic literary reshuffle. In theoretical work, the author puts the issue in a socio-economic context and defines research questions that are built on society's fears of the advent of Industry 4.0. In the practical part, the author presents the research method, the course of the research and its results. It will then answer research questions and offer input for further discussion. |
