| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je potvrzení nebo vyvrácení hypotézy, že vybrané nestátní neziskové organizace nebudou v prováděné analýze transparentnosti hodnoceny hůře než známkou „Velmi dobře“. Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části se detailně věnuji vybraným nestátním neziskovým organizacím a transparentnosti. Mezi vybrané nestátní neziskové organizace jsem zvolil obecně prospěšné společnosti, nadační fondy a ústavy. V rámci definování pojmu transparentnost se zaměřuji nejen na kritéria, která jsou zákonem určena jako povinná, ale i na taková kritéria, která by měla být zveřejňována dobrovolně. Z těchto kritérií vycházím při provádění analýzy transparentnosti, které se věnuji v druhé části diplomové práce. Výsledky této analýzy jsou v závěru shrnuty a vyhodnoceny. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this diploma thesis is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that the selected non-governmental non-profit organizations will not be rated worse than “Very good” in the performed analysis of transparency. This diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is dedicated to the detailed definition of selected non-governmental non-profit organizations and to transparency. I choose as non-governmental non-profit organizations public benefit organizations, endowment funds and institutions. While defining transparency, this thesis focuses on criteria required by the law as well as voluntarily published criteria. These criteria provide general information for the analysis of transparency, which I performed in the second part of the diploma thesis. The results of this analysis are summarized and evaluated at the end of this thesis. |
