| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou v oblasti hodnocení efektivnosti investičních projektů. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu v odvětví e-grocery a analýza rizika s využitím pravděpodobnostního přístupu v podobě simulace Monte Carlo. Strategickým záměrem investičního projektu je geografická expanze s implementací automatizované technologie v podnikové logistice. K naplnění cíle práce je nejdříve představen investiční projekt pro účely přesnější analýzy rizika a stanovení peněžních toků investičního projektu, na základě kterého je vyhodnocena efektivnost investičního projektu pomocí vybraných metod hodnocení efektivnosti. Pro vybrané klíčové rizikové faktory na základě výstupů z identifikace a stanovení významnosti rizika je stanoveno rozdělení pravděpodobnosti a vzájemné statistické závislosti. Pomocí simulace Monte Carlo na základě stanovených vstupních dat je vyhodnocen závěr z analýzy rizika investičního projektu. Na základě získaných poznatků z hodnocení efektivnosti a analýzy rizika je investiční projekt hodnocen z daného pohledu za přijatelný. Výsledné hodnoty potvrzují získané poznatky o významu automatizace podnikové logistiky v rámci ekonomické efektivnosti analyzovaného investičního projektu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with issues in the field of efficiency evaluation of investment projects. The thesis aims to evaluate the efficiency of an investment project in the e-grocery sector and to analyse the risk using a probabilistic approach in the form of a Monte Carlo simulation. The strategic goal of the investment project is geographical expansion with the implementation of automated technology in logistics. To fulfil the objective of the thesis, the investment project is first introduced for the purpose of more accurate risk analysis and determination of cash flows of the investment project, based on which the efficiency of the investment project is evaluated using selected efficiency evaluation methods. Probability distributions and statistical interdependencies are established for selected key risk factors based on risk identification outputs and risk significance determination. Using Monte Carlo simulation based on the determined input data, the conclusion from the risk analysis of the investment project is evaluated. Based on the efficiency assessment and risk analysis findings, the investment project is assessed as acceptable from the given perspective. Results confirm the findings on the importance of automation of business logistics in the economic efficiency of the analysed investment project. |
