| Abstract: | Obsahem práce je zhodnotit investiční efektivnost projektu výstavby optické sítě z pohledu společnosti T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. Práce hodnotí finanční náročnost stavby infrastruktury a porovnává její umístění ve strategickém řízení podniku. Investiční projekt je detailně popsán z hlediska výnosů i nákladů podniku, a jeho varianty jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí finančních kritérií. Rizika vybraného projektu jsou následně analyzována pomocí citlivostní analýzy a pravděpodobnostních scénářů. |

| Abstract: | The scope of the thesis is to evaluate the investment efficiency of the fiber-optics network construction project from the point of view of T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. The thesis evaluates the financial expenditure of the infrastructure construction and compares its positioning in the strategic management of the company. The investment project is described in detail in terms of the company's revenues and costs, and its variants are evaluated using financial criteria. The risks of the selected project are then analysed using sensitivity analysis and probability scenarios. |
