| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje provedení finanční analýzy akciové společnosti Vinium za roky 2017–2020 a následným zhodnocením finančního zdraví společnosti. Obsahuje dvě kapitoly. První kapitola představuje charakteristiku analyzované společnosti, jejích konkurentů a odvětví. Druhá kapitola v rámci finanční analýzy propojuje teorii s praxí. Zabývá se horizontální a vertikální analýzou, analýzou poměrových ukazatelů rentability, aktivity, likvidity a zadluženosti a bankrotním modelem. V závěru práce je shrnutí výsledků finanční analýzy a jsou navržena určitá doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is devoted to conducting a financial analysis of Vinium, a joint stock company, for the years 2017–2020 and then evaluating the company's financial health. It contains two chapters. The first chapter presents the characteristics of the analysed company, its competitors and industry. The second chapter links theory with practice in the financial analysis. It deals with horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis of profitability, activity, liquidity and debt ratios and bankruptcy model. The thesis concludes with a summary of the results of the financial analysis and some recommendations are proposed. |
