| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oceňování nově vzniklých společností neboli start-upů. Na základě ocenění vybraného reálného start-upu pomocí zvolené metody PWERM se práce snaží ukázat, jak je možné ocenit společnost, která má k dispozici pouze omezená finanční data a její hodnota závisí především na budoucích očekáváních. Teoretická část práce se věnuje zejména postupům a metodám oceňování nově vzniklých projektů/společností a praktická část práce provádí čtenáře celým procesem ocenění vybraného start-upu, tedy od provedení finanční a strategické analýzy, přes sestavení prognózy generátorů hodnot a finančního plánu, až po samotné stanovení výsledné hodnoty start-upu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the valuation of newly established companies, i.e. start-ups. Based on the valuation of a selected real start-up using the chosen PWERM method, the thesis tries to show how it is possible to value a company that has only limited financial data and its value depends mainly on future expectations. The theoretical part of the thesis is mainly focus on the methods of valuation of new projects/companies and the practical part of the thesis guides the reader through the whole process of valuation of the selected start-up, i.e. from the financial and strategic analysis, through the preparation of the forecast of value generators and the financial plan, to the actual determination of the final value of the start-up. |
