| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zákonnými podmínkami a předpoklady burzy pro úspěšnou prvotní veřejnou nabídku akcií. Obsahem teoretické části je nejen představení Burzy cenných papírů Praha a jejích tržních segmentů, ale i samotného procesu IPO. Praktická část vyhodnocuje splnění předpokladů v konkrétním případě společnosti plánující vstup na burzu. Uvedeny budou motivy společnosti, konkrétní kroky procesu realizace IPO a odhad časového harmonogramu a několika finančních parametrů transakce. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the legal and stock exchange requirements for a successful initial public offering. The content of the theoretical part is not only an introduction to the Prague Stock Exchange and its market segments but also the IPO process itself. The practical part evaluates the meeting of the requirements in the specific case of a company that is planning to go public. The company's motives, the specific steps of the IPO process and an estimate of the timetable and several financial parameters of the transaction will be presented. |
