| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem 25+ NEETs, které je v současné době považováno na úrovni EU za nosné, neboť práce s mladými osobami pomáhá národním ekonomikám v prosperitě a ve směřování do lepší budoucnosti. Cílem práce je ucelit teoretické poznání o lidském kapitálu, o jeho roli v teoriích regionálního rozvoje, zmapovat pojetí pojmu NEETs, jeho historii, faktory, které osoby se statusem NEETs ovlivňují, a přístupy k němu. Dále zmapovat to, jak k NEETs přistupují státy napříč EU se zaměřením na prostředí ČR, kde je zmapováno pět vybraných regionálních aplikovaných přístupů, řešících tíživou situaci mladých osob mimo trh práce a vzdělávání, mezi něž mohou patřit i 25+ NEETs. V práci byly ověřeny dvě hypotézy. V případě obou hypotéz došlo k jejich potvrzení. Ukázalo se však i to, že problematika 25+NEETs není v ČR velkým tématem, neboť se nejedná o velkou ani rostoucí skupinu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of 25+ NEETs, which is currently considered at the EU level as a key issue, as working with young people helps national economies to prosper and move towards a better future. The aim of the thesis is to consolidate the theoretical understanding of human capital, its role in theories of regional development, to map the concept of NEETs, its history, the factors affecting NEETs and approaches to NEETs. Furthermore, to map how NEETs are approached by countries across the EU with a focus on the Czech Republic, where five selected regional applied approaches are mapped to address the plight of young people outside the labour market and education, which may include 25+ NEETs. The thesis tested two hypotheses. In the case of both hypotheses, they were confirmed. However, it also showed that the issue of 25+ NEETs is not a big issue in the Czech Republic, as it is not a large or growing group. |
