| Abstract: | Práce se primárně zabývá oceněním privátní stomatologické praxe v podmínkách České republiky. Cílem práce je stanovení hodnoty praxe k 31. 12. 2021. První část shrnuje systém zdravotní péče v České republice a specifika fungování privátní praxe vedoucí daňovou evidenci na tomto trhu. Druhá část práce se věnuje konkrétnímu oceňovacímu případu. Nejprve je představena oceňovaná praxe, její historie a principy stávajícího provozu. Praxe byla podrobena finanční analýze, provedena byla také strategická analýza, byly prognózovány hlavní hodnotové faktory a sestaven plán. V návaznosti na analýzy a prognózy bylo provedeno ocenění dle aktuální metodiky výnosovým přístupem. Pro zarámování výsledného odhadu tržní hodnoty bylo provedeno také tržního porovnání a substanční hodnota. |

| Abstract: | The thesis primarily deals with the valuation of private dental practice in the Czech Republic. The aim of the paper is to determine the value of the practice as of 31 December 2021. The first part summarizes the health care system in the Czech Republic and the specifics of the functioning of private practices keeping tax records on this market. The second part of the thesis is devoted to a specific valuation case. First, the valued practice, its history and the principles of its current operation are introduced. The practice was subjected to a financial analysis, a strategic analysis was also performed, key value drivers were forecasted, and a plan was developed. Following the analyses and forecasts, a valuation was performed using the current income approach methodology. Market comparison and substance value were also performed to frame the resulting market value estimate. |
