| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou finančního plánování, konkrétněji korporátním finančním plánováním. Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení současné situace korporátního finančního plánování a jeho směřování do budoucnosti. V práci je popsána historie, vývoj a význam korporátních financí, dále současné trendy, které mají na finanční plánování významný vliv, a téma budoucnosti, kterému je věnována největší část diplomové práce. Kromě výše zmíněného se diplomová práce taktéž zaměřuje na analýzy jednotlivých částí finančního plánu v rámci korporátního finančního plánování, jakožto na predikci tržeb či cash flow. Poslední část práce je věnována charakteristice a vlivu finančního plánování na chod celého podniku a též postupům při finančním plánování – tedy tomu, co by nemělo finanční oddělení opomíjet a jakými zásadami by se mělo řídit při jeho vytváření tak, aby bylo pokud možno co nejvíce objektivní. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of financial planning, more specifically corporate financial planning. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation of corporate financial planning and its future direction. The thesis describes the history, development and significance of corporate finance, as well as current trends that have a significant impact on financial planning and the topic of the future, to which the largest part of the thesis is devoted. In addition to the above mentioned, the thesis also focuses on the analysis of individual parts within corporate financial planning, such as revenue forecasting or cash flow forecasting. The last parts of the thesis are devoted to the characteristics and influence of financial planning on the operation of the whole company and also to the procedures in financial planning - i.e. what should not be neglected by the financial department and what principles should be followed in its creation so that it is as objective as possible. |
