| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na finanční instrument vhodný pro profesionální zákazníky ale i retailové klienty s finančním majetkem přesahujícím milion korun, konkrétně na fondy kvalifikovaných investorů, jejichž obliba i počet v posledních letech roste. Teoretická část obsahuje základní definice spojené s vymezením pozice fondů kvalifikovaných investorů na finančním trhu, v oblasti kolektivního investování, dále zahrnuje aktuální trendy spojené s děním na finančním trhu. Praktická část zavádí metodiku jak zařadit určitý investiční fond nebo podfond do klientského portfolia. Následně se postup využil na tři případové studie, jejichž výsledkem byla investiční doporučení v podobě prospektu. Na individuálním složení aktiv se nejvíce projevila investiční částka, životní situace klientů, zkušenosti a znalosti tržního prostředí. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on a financial instrument suitable for professional customers as well as retail clients with financial assets exceeding one million crowns, specifically the funds of qualified investors. Their popularity and number have been growing in recent years. The theoretical part contains basic definitions related to the allocation of funds of qualified investors on the financial market, in the area of collective investment, and also includes current trends related to events in the financial market. The practical part introduces the methodology how to choose a certain investment fund or sub-fund in the client's portfolio. Subsequently, the procedure was used for three case studies. The results are called according to investment recommendations which have the form of a prospectus. The main points of good choice from assets were the investment amount, the client's living situation, and the experience and knowledge of the market environment. |
