| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje veřejné zdravotní pojištění v ČR v letech 2008–2018. Nejprve vysvětluje význam zdraví a důležitost zajištění financování zdravotní péče. Pak charakterizuje český veřejný zdravotní systém a způsoby jeho financování. Zmíněny jsou i výzvy, kterým zdravotnický systém čelí, a jak hodnotit jeho efektivitu. Dále se analyzují příjmy a výdaje veřejného pojištění ve sledovaných letech. S použitím statistických metod (měr dynamiky a analýzy trendu pomocí trendových funkcí) se popisuje stav a struktura příjmů a výdajů a předpovídá se jejich budoucí vývoj. Nakonec jsou srovnány vypočtené predikce s již dostupnými daty o skutečnosti a diskutují se nové problémy a změny, které ve zdravotnickém systému nastaly a jaký může být jejich dopad na jeho financování veřejným zdravotním pojištěním. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyses the public health insurance in the Czech Republic during 2008–2018. Firstly, the significance of health and the importance of securing consistent funding for healthcare are explained. Secondly, the Czech public health system and its financing are described. The challenges which the healthcare system is facing are mentioned, along with the methods to evaluate its effectiveness. Both the revenues and expenditures of the public health insurance within the monitoring period are analysed. By using statistical methods (dynamic measurements and trend analysis with trend functions), the quantity and structure of revenues and expenditures are described, and their development is forecasted. Then, the calculated predictions are compared with the actual data from the corresponding periods. Finally, the problems and challenges that have occurred in the healthcare system and their impact on the financing by public health insurance are discussed. |
