| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zdaněním majetku ve vybraných zemích, a to v České republice, Singapurské republice, Švýcarsku a Spojených státech amerických. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První část popisuje legislativní úpravu zdanění majetku v České republice. Druhá část popisuje zdanění majetku v Singapuru. Následuje analýza zdanění majetku ve Švýcarsku a Spojených státech amerických. Poslední část se zabývá komparací efektivních sazeb daně z nemovitých věcí a celkovým daňovým zatížením v jednotlivých státech na základě modelové situace. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the property taxation in selected countries, namely the Czech Republic, the Republic of Singapore, Switzerland and the United States of America. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part describes the legislative regulation of property taxation in the Czech Republic. The second part describes the taxation of property in Singapore. The next part deals with the analysis of property taxation in Switzerland and the United States. The last section compares the effective property tax rates and the overall tax burden in each country based on a model situation. |
