| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá elektromobilitou a její provázaností na veřejné rozpočty. V teoretické části je popsána elektromobilita z technického pohledu a je zde nastíněn přístup Evropské unie k elektromobilitě. Dále je v teoretické části práce popsáno zdanění elektromobility v České republice a daně pro elektromobilitu relevantní. V praktické části je analyzována závislost výnosů ze silniční daně a ze spotřební daně z minerálních olejů na celkovém počtu registrovaných vozidel. Cílem práce je rozebrat různé aktuální nebo do budoucna zvažované aspekty zdanění elektromobility a analyzovat jejich vliv na různých úrovních, primárně na úrovni veřejných rozpočtů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with electromobility and its connection to public budgets. In the theoretical part, electromobility is described from a technical point of view and the approach of the European Union to electromobility is outlined here. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis describes the taxation of electromobility in the Czech Republic and taxes relevant to electromobility. In the practical part, the dependence of revenues from road tax and consumption tax from mineral oils on the total number of registered vehicles is analyzed. The aim of the work is to analyze various current or future aspects of electromobility taxation and to analyze their influence at various levels, primarily at the level of public budgets. |
