| Abstract: | Cíl bakalářské práce spočívá ve vyhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti TOS VARNSDORF a.s. za pomoci výsledků získaných z finanční analýzy mezi lety 2017 až 2021. Práce sestává ze dvou hlavních částí, a to z části metodické a části praktické. V rámci metodické části jsou vymezeny jednotlivé techniky a metody finanční analýzy, které jsou dále použity v části praktické. V praktické části je rozpracovaná vertikální a horizontální analýza, dále se bakalářská práce věnuje poměrovým ukazatelům analyzované společnosti a konkurentům a jejich úspěšnosti na trhu. V závěru praktické části jsou aplikovány bankrotní a bonitní modely. Na konci práce jsou komplexně shrnuty získané informace a okomentován finanční stav společnosti TOS VARNSDORF a.s. a případné řešení nedostatků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis consists in an evaluation of financial health of TOS VARNSDORF a.s. using the results obtained from the financial analysis between years 2017 and 2021. The thesis is composed of two main parts: methodological and practical. The methodological part defines different techniques and methods of financial analysis that will be further used in the practical part. In the practical part, the vertical and horizontal analysis will be elaborated. Next, bachelor thesis focuses on the ratios of the analysed company and competitors and their success in the market. At the end of the practical part, bankruptcy and creditworthiness models will be applied. At the end of the thesis, the obtained information will be comprehensively summarized and the financial situation of TOS VARNSDORF a.s. will came with possible solutions to the shortcomings. |
