| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci jsou shrnuta základní specifika nestátních neziskových organizací v rámci neziskového sektoru s důrazem na daňovou podporu a financování spolků. Teoretická část popisuje vymezení neziskového sektoru, jeho legislativu a rozdělení, dále se zabývá jednou z významných částí neziskových organizací a to konkrétně spolky, od jejich založení až po zánik a vývoj spolků v České republice, popisuje způsoby financování spolků ze soukromých a veřejných zdrojů a jejich zdanění. V praktické části je provedena analýza finančních prostředků, které obdržel spolek od Městské části Praha 5 s působením tj. sídlem nebo sportovištěm na Praze 5, porovnání plánovaných rozpočtů klubu s reálnými daty z účetních závěrek a daňových přiznání za zvolená období roku 2020 a 2021. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis summarizes the basic specifics of non-governmental non-profit organizations within the non-profit sector with an emphasis on tax support and financing of associations. The theoretical part describes the definition of the non-profit sector, its legislation and division, it also deals with one of the important parts of non-profit organizations, namely associations, from their establishment to the demise and development of associations in the Czech Republic, describes the methods of financing associations from private and public sources and their taxation. In the practical part, an analysis of the financial resources received by the association from the Municipal District of Prague 5 with operations, i.e. headquarters or a sports venue in Prague 5, is performed, a comparison of the club's planned budgets with real data from financial statements and tax returns for the selected periods of 2020 and 2021. |
