| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je identifikovat vliv zahraničních studijních pobytů a stáží na osobní rozvoj a profesní cestu studentů a absolventů Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy z oblasti osobního rozvoje a profesní cesty a následně jsou popsány jednotlivé výměnné programy a stáže, které studenti mohou během studia na vysoké škole využít. V praktické části jsou využity dvě formy výzkumu - kvantitativní a kvalitativní metoda. Kvantitativní metodou je dotazníkové šetření, které se cílí na jedince, kteří absolvovali zahraniční pobyt. Kvalitativní metodou je strukturovaný rozhovor, který cílí na profesionály v oblasti personalistiky. Pomocí daných výzkumů je identifikován vliv zahraničních pobytů na osobní a profesní rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify the impact of foreign study stays and internships abroad on the personal development and career path of students and graduates of the University of Economics in Prague. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of personal development and career path and then describes the different exchange programs and internships that students can take advantage of during their studies at the university. In the practical part, two forms of research are used - quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method is a questionnaire survey that targets individuals who have completed a study stay or internship abroad. The qualitative method is a structured interview that targets HR professionals. The applied research then identifies the influence of study stays and internships abroad on personal and professional development. |
