| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zlepšit míru naplnění vozidel (Vehicle Fill Rate, VFR) u výjezdních dodávek společnosti A s cílem dosáhnout řešení, které bude výhodné pro výrobce, maloobchodníka i spotřebitele. Za tímto účelem byly analyzovány procesy odchozích dodávek společnosti A a posouzeny dopady zvýšení VFR na úroveň služeb a logistické náklady. Bylo zjištěno, že zvýšení VFR bez dalších změn v dodavatelsko-odběratelském řetězci má ve většině případů negativní dopady, konkrétně na úroveň zásob. Poté se ukázalo, že snížení minimálních objednacích množství (MOQ) při současném zvýšení VFR mění směr dopadu na pozitivní. To poskytuje příležitost zvýšit VFR při zachování rovnováhy s úrovní služeb a logistických nákladů a ve většině případů je dokonce zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to improve the Vehicle Fill Rate (VFR) of company A outbound deliveries in order to achieve a win/win/win solution for the manufacturer/retailer/consumer. For this purpose, processes of company A outbound deliveries were analyzed and the impacts of increased VFR on service level and logistics costs were assessed. It was found that increasing VFR without any other changes in the supplier-retailer chain has negative impacts in most cases, specifically on the inventory level. Afterwards, it was shown that reducing Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) while increasing the VFR changes the direction of the impact to positive. This provides an opportunity to increase the VFR while keeping the balance with service level and logistics costs; and even improving them in most cases. |
