| Abstract: | Pandemie Covid-19 měla výrazný dopad na oblast scénického umění, zejména na oblast divadel, u kterých byla výrazně testována jejich odolnost vůči krizím. Výzkumná práce analyzovala prvotní dopad a reakci 146 zúčastněných divadelních organizací v ČR. Práce zjišťovala odlišnou dynamiku dopadu na různé segmenty divadelních organizací. Práce zkoumala závislosti mezi proměnnými výkonu divadelní organizace před krizí (během roku 2019) a dopadu pandemie C-19 na provoz divadelní organizace pro veřejná a nezávislá divadla za použití korelační a regresní analýzy. Práce identifikuje klíčové indikátory odolnosti odlišných segmentů divadelních organizací vůči potencionálním krizím. Veřejně zřizovaná divadla byla více odolná vůči prvním dopadům pandemie a byla lépe připravena na možné ekonomické výkyvy než tzv. nezávislá divadla, která byla více zasažena. |

| Abstract: | The Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the performing arts, particularly on theatre, which resilience to crises has been severely tested. The research work analysed the initial impact and response of 146 theatres in the Czech Republic. The research identified different levels of impact on theatre segments. The thesis examined the relationships between the variables of theatres’ performance before the crisis (during 2019) and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on theatres‘ operations by applying correlation and regression analysis. The research identifies key indicators of the resilience of different theatre segments to potential crises. Publicly funded theatres were more resilient to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic than independent theatres, which were more affected. |
