| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem přechodu na práci z domova u firmy CCS Česká společnost pro platební karty s.r.o., dále jen ,,firma“, vzhledem ke změnám způsobeným pandemií Covid-19. V teoretické části je uveden historický vývoj práce z domova, jsou definovány názvy home office, teleworking, produktivita práce a další pojmy s nimi spjaté, výhody a nevýhody, přínosy a rizika, současné trendy a používané aplikace při práci na dálku a doporučení zaměstnavatelům a zaměstnancům firem se s touto metodou co nejlépe vypořádat. Praktická část obsahuje představení firmy, získání primárních a sekundárních dat firmy, vyhodnocení a porovnání určitých aspektů a stanovení dopadu enormně rychlého přesunu na home office během období pandemie. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of the transition to work from home at the CCS Česká společnost pro platební karty s.r.o., further ,,firma“, company due to the changes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. In the theoretical part, the historical development of working from home is presented, home office, teleworking, work productivity and other terms related to them are defined, advantages and disadvantages, benefits and risks, current trends and applications used when working remotely, and recommendations to employers and employees of companies are mentioned. The practical part includes the introduction of the firma, the acquisition of primary and secondary data of the company, the evaluation and comparison of certain aspects and the determination of the impact of the enormously rapid shift to the home office during the pandemic period. |
