| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat motivaci a spokojenost vysokoškolských studentů v ČR s prací během studia včetně porovnání reality s očekáváním. V teoretické části je použita literární rešerše, jež objasňuje pojmy související se zkoumanou problematikou, jako pracovní trh, motivace nebo pracovní spokojenost. V úvodu praktické části je analyzována aktuální situace pracovních nabídek pro studenty v ČR následována dotazníkovým šetřením, jež slouží pro vyhotovení hlavního cíle studie. Součástí je rovněž komparace, která mezi sebou získané odpovědi porovnává. Veškeré výsledky jsou prezentovány formou grafů, tabulek a pro přiblížení následně okomentovány. Závěr pak posbíraná zjištění shrnuje v souvislostech. Součástí je rovněž doporučení pro firmy, jak k vysokoškolákům přistupovat a nepromarnit šanci využít jejich případný potenciál do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyse the motivation and satisfaction of university students in the Czech Republic with their work during their studies, including a comparison of reality and expectations. In the theoretical part, a literature search is used to clarify concepts related to the issue under study, such as the labour market, motivation or job satisfaction. The practical part starts with an analysis of the current situation of job offers for students in the Czech Republic followed by a questionnaire survey which serves to elaborate the main objective of the study. It also includes a comparative analysis that compares the answers obtained with each other. All the results are presented in the form of graphs, tables and commented on for illustrative purposes. The conclusion then summarises the collected findings in context. It also includes recommendations for companies on how to approach university students and not to miss the chance to use their potential in the future. |
