| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zlepšováním procesu testování. Náročnost uživatelů mobilních telefonů na kvalitu softwaru se neustále zvyšuje a rovněž narůstá komplexita nabízených mobilních aplikací. Nedílnou součástí jejich vývoje je testování softwaru, jemuž je nutné věnovat náležitou pozornost a snažit se o jeho zlepšování. Existuje celá škála modelů, které se zaměřují na zlepšování procesů testování softwaru a které společnosti mohou využít. Tato práce využívá za účelem identifikace oblastí, v nichž je prostor ke zlepšení, model hodnocení vyspělosti testování TMMi (Test Maturity Model integration). Hlavním cílem práce je návrh zlepšení procesu testování mobilní aplikace Záchranka s využitím modelu TMMi. Tento cíl je dosažen pomocí dílčích cílů. Po analýze stávajících modelů pro zlepšování procesů testování a představení mobilní aplikace Záchranka se práce dále věnuje posouzení současného stavu procesu testování aplikace Záchranka a identifikaci procesních oblastí, které vyžadují zlepšení. Na základě analýzy jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení procesu testování. Jsou využity techniky a metody vhodné pro společnosti používající agilní přístupy. Přínosem práce je návrh zlepšení procesu testování mobilní aplikace Záchranka, který po implementaci těchto doporučení pomůže udržet vysokou kvalitu aplikace i při rostoucím počtu uživatelů a složitosti přidávaných funkcí. To v konečném důsledku představuje přínos nejen pro společnost, která aplikaci vyvíjí, ale i pro všechny uživatele, kteří mohou bezplatně využívat všechny její funkce týkající se ohrožení zdraví či života. Práce také přináší překlad metody posouzení současného stavu testování dle TMMi do češtiny a překlad všech komponent druhé úrovně tohoto modelu, což může být užitečné pro další společnosti, které chtějí zlepšit svůj proces testování za pomoci TMMi. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with improving the testing process. The demand of mobile phone users for software quality is constantly increasing, as well as the complexity of mobile applications offered. Testing software is an integral part of the development, which needs to be given attention and aim for its improvement. There is a whole range of models that focus on improving the software testing process which companies can use. This thesis uses TMMi (Test Maturity Model integration) to identify areas for improvement. The main goal of the thesis is to provide improvements to the testing process of mobile application Záchranka using TMMi. This main goal is achieved via partial goals. After analyzing existing models for improving testing processes and after introducing mobile application Záchranka, the thesis further evaluates the curent state of the Záchranka application testing process and identifies process areas that require improvements. Based on the analysis, recommendations for improving the testing process are proposed, using techniques and methods suitable for companies using agile methodologies. The benefit of the thesis is the proposed improvement of Záchranka mobile application testing process, which, after implementing these recommendations, will help maintain high quality of the application, even as the number of users and complexity of added features increases. This is a benefit not only for Záchranka, but also for all users who can keep using all its benefits. The thesis also provides a translation of a method for assessing the current state of testing according to TMMi into the Czech language and the translation of all components of the second level of this model, which may be useful for other companies wishing to improve their testing process using TMMi. |
