| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozhodující faktory ovlivňující spotřebitele při výběru nového zdroje na vytápění v souvislosti s dotačními programy vypsanými v ČR na podporu výměny zdroje. Cílem práce je pomocí multikriteriální metody TOPSIS seřadit a porovnat varianty tepelných zdrojů podle preferencí spotřebitele a experta. Další výzkumnou částí je evaluace dotací vypsaných v současné době na podporu zdrojů využívajících obnovitelnou energii. Literární rešerše se zabývá klimatickou krizí, ekonomickými postoji zemí k přijímání mitigačních a adaptačních opatření a zhodnocení dotačních programů Nová zelená úsporám a Kotlíkové dotace. V metodice je popsán samotný výzkum práce, který je založen na analýze energetického trhu a dotazníkovém šetření mezi spotřebiteli a experty. Předpokladem je rozdílný rozhodovací proces v závislosti na množství informací, kterými obě skupiny disponují. Aplikační část prezentuje a vyhodnocuje data získaná z provedených šetření. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the decisive factors affecting consumers when choosing a new heating source in connection with the subsidy programs announced in the Czech Republic to support the replacement of the source.The aim of the thesis is to use the multi-criteria TOPSIS method to sort and compare variants of heat sources according to consumer and expert preferences. Another part of the research is the evaluation of subsidies currently issued to support sources using renewable energy. The literary research deals with the climate crisis, the economic attitudes of countries towards the adoption of mitigation and adaptation measures and by evaluating the subsidy programs Nova zelena usporam and Kotlikova subsidies. The methodology describes the work research itself, which is based on an analysis of the energy market and a questionnaire survey among consumers and experts. The premise is a different decision-making process depending on the amount of information available to both groups. The application part presents and evaluates the data obtained from the conducted investigations. |
