| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl identifikovat vliv terciárního vzdělávacího systému na proces odlivu mozků se zaměřením na Republiku Kazachstán. První kapitola zahrnuje teoritickou část o fenoménu „brain drain“ s vazbou na vzdělávání v mateřské zemi. Druhá kapitola je zcela analytická a obsahuje statistická data o demografii Kazachstánu. Další součástí druhé kapitoly je průzkum formou dotazníku týkájící se problému odlivu mozků v Kazachstánu. Poslední kapitola se věnuje terciárnímu vzdělávacímu systému Kazachstánu, kde se analyzují hlavní nedostatky systému, reformy vlády a vazby s odlivem mozků. Výsledkem je, že problémy vzdělávacího systému – v různých jeho aspektech – jsou jedním ze základů fenoménu „brain drain“. Nicméně tento jev je velice komplexní a týká se i dalších faktorů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis aims to identify the influence of the tertiary education system on the process of brain drain with an emphasis on the Republic of Kazakhstan. The first part includes a theoretical devoted to the phenomenon of „brain drain“ with reference to education in mother country. The second part is completely analytical and contains statistical data on the demographics of Kazakhstan. It also includes a survey on the problem of brain drain in Kazakhstan. The last part is devoted to the tertiary education system of Kazakhstan, where the main shortcomings of the system, government reforms and links with brain drain are analyzed. As a result, the problems of the educational system – in its various aspects – are one of the foundations of the phenomenon of „brain drain“. However, this proces is very complex and concerns other factors as well. |
