| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit na základě jakých předpokladů a podmínek je podporován sport pro všechny z městských rozpočtů v jednotlivých městech Jihočeského kraje, jaké klíčové faktory a kritéria rozhodují o přerozdělování dotací do sportu pro všechny na městské úrovni a jaké jsou rozdíly v uchopení sportu pro všechny v jednotlivých městech Jihočeského kraje. V rámci této práce mohou být nalezeny možné nové náměty k upravení Koncepce Sportu 25, aby docházelo k větší podpoře sportu pro všechny nebo také využití kritérií pro přerozdělování dotací a větší podpory sportu pro všechny jak na národní úrovni, tak i pro města a obce. Data potřebná k výzkumu byla získána na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zastupiteli, radními, členy komisí nebo zástupci sportovních organizací působících ve vybraných městech a na základě analýzy dokumentů jednotlivých zvolených měst Jihočeského kraje jako například analýza dokumentů upravující rozdělování dotaci, dotační programy a účetní dokumenty, strategické plány rozvoje daného města či prostudování záznamů ze zastupitelstva, které obsahují například písemné body programu, kde se probírala podpora sportu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out on the basis of which assumptions and conditions sport for all is supported from municipal budgets in individual cities of the South Bohemian Region, what key factors and criteria determine the redistribution of subsidies to sport for all at the municipal level and what are the differences in grasping sport for everyone in the individual cities of the South Bohemian Region. As part of this work, possible new topics can be found to modify the Concept of Sport 25, so that there is greater support for sport for all, or also the use of criteria for the redistribution of subsidies and greater support for sport for all, both at the national level and for cities and municipalities. The data needed for the research was obtained on the basis of semi-structured interviews with representatives, councillors, members of commissions or representatives of sports organizations operating in selected cities and on the basis of the analysis of documents of individual selected cities of the South Bohemian Region, for example the analysis of documents regulating the distribution of subsidies, subsidy programs and accounting documents, strategic plans for the development of the city in question, or studying records from the council, which contain, for example, written points of the program where sports support was discussed. |
