| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou adaptace absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce v dnešní době. Kladen je zde důraz i na faktory, které mohou absolventům pozi-tivně ale i negativně ovlivnit adaptaci na pracovní trh. Teoretická část vysvětluje zá-kladní terminologii na základě předchozí literární rešerše. Detailně je zde popsán trh práce, subjekty pracovního trhu a současná situace českého trhu práce. Dále také pojem nezaměstnanost, jak se nezaměstnanost měří a jaké máme formy nezaměstnanosti. V poslední řadě je vysvětlen samotný absolvent a jeho adaptace na trhu práce. Praktic-ká část byla zhotovena za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, které bylo rozšířeno mezi zaměstnavatele, kteří zaměstnávají nebo by byli ochotni zaměstnat absolventa vysoké školy. Dotazováno bylo na aktuální podmínky přijetí absolventů vysokých škol. Vý-sledky šetření ukazují, že absolventi by měli mít reálné platové podmínky, kvalitní úro-veň anglického jazyka, získanou předešlou praxi, chuť do práce a týmového ducha. Obecně však nemůžeme vytvořit perfektního absolventa, jelikož požadavky firem jsou velice individuální. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of adaptation of university graduates to the labor market today. Emphasis is also placed on factors that can positively or negatively affect adaptation to the labor market for graduates. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology based on previous literature research. The labor market, labor market entities and the current situation of the Czech labor market are described here in detail. Also the concept of unemployment, how unemployment is measured and what forms of unemployment we have. Last, but not least, the graduate itself and its adaptation on the labor market are explained. The practical part was made with the help of a questionnaire survey, which was distributed among employers who employ or would be willing to employ a university graduate. They were asked about the current conditions for the admission of university graduates. The results of the survey show that graduates should have realistic salary conditions, a high-quality level of the English language, acquired previous experience, an appetite for work and a team spirit. In general, however, we cannot create a perfect graduate, as the requirements of companies are very individual. |
