| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá prožitky a spotřebou piva českých pivařů během pan-demie Covid-19. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jakým způsobem se změnily motivy čes-kých pivařů ke spotřebě piva během pandemie Covid-19. Rešerše literatury poskytu-je přehled o zahraničních studiích provedených na dané téma. Praktická část se vě-nuje výzkumu na vzorku českých pivařů, zástupců dělnických profesí. Pro naplnění cíle práce byla zvolena interpretativní fenomenologická analýza, sběr dat probíhal s pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů. Na základě výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že respondenti i přes uzavření hospod udrželi svou spotřebu a hledali alternativní řešení, jak pivo konzumovat. Hlavním důvodem udržení spotřeby byla sociální interakce a vztah k pivu, dále přebytek volného času a negativní životní změny. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the experiences and beer consumption of Czech beer drinkers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate how the Czech beer drinkers' motives for beer consumption changed during the Covid-19 pandemic. The literature review provides an overview of foreign studies conducted on the given topic. The empirical part presents research on a sample of Czech beer drinkers, representatives of working-class professions. To fulfill the goal of the thesis, an interpretative phenomenological analysis was chosen. Data collection was carried out with the help of in-depth interviews. Based on the research, it was found that the respondents maintained their consumption despite the closure of pubs and were looking for alternative solutions to consume beer. The main reason for maintaining consumption was social interaction and relationship to beer, as well as excess free time and negative life changes. |
