| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem investičních možností obyvatel ČR se zaměřením na pomoc ženám upravit pohled na investování. Klade si za cíl objasnit současné investiční chování žen a identifikovat příčiny tohoto postoje. V první části práce se provedla literární rešerše, která dává dohromady poznatky z výzkumů a odborných prací tykajících se tohoto tématu v České republice a jiných státech Evropy. V druhé části práce se pomocí výzkumných metod identifikovaly faktory, které v této záležitosti hrají důležitou roli a pomocí nich se zodpověděli výzkumné otázky. V závěru práce se diskutují výsledky předchozích částí. Na základě těchto poznatků vzniknul ucelený pohled na problematiku a identifkovaly se hlavní příčiny současného postoje žen v investování. Současně se snaží ukázat na nevyužitý potenciál žen pro finanční a investiční instituce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis, under the title Investment Options in the Czech Republic, is to help change women's views about investing. The aim is to clarify what the current investment behaviour of women looks like and to identify its causes. The first part of the thesis is literary research, which collects information on research and publications with a similar aim in the Czech Republic and other countries in Europe. The second part of the thesis consists of research methods that try to identify the factors which are important for answering the research questions. All of the previous parts are discussed in the conclusion. These findings create the baseline for the topic and identify the main causes of the current situation of women's investing. At the same time, this thesis tries to demonstrate the untapped potential for financial and investment institutions of women's investing. |
