| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá specifiky finančního řízení v nadnárodních společnostech. Jsou zde uváděny příklady nejzajímavějších odlišností v řízení multinacionálních korporací oproti řízení malých podniků operujících pouze na území jednoho státu, přičemž ve větší míře jsou rozebrány oblasti: softwarová podpora finančního managementu, dosahování nákladových úspor a finanční řízení projektů. Práce se snaží zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody řízení financí v tomto typu společností. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány na příkladu nadnárodní společnosti Honeywell. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with specifics of financial management in multinational corporations. There are examples of the most interesting differences in management of multinational corporations compared to management of small enterprises operating in the area of one nation only, whereas more attention is applied to three chosen areas: financial software, achieving of cost saving and financial management of projects. The thesis tries to evaluate advantages and disadvantages of financial management in this kind of an enterprise. Theoretical findings are applied to an example of a multinational corporation Honeywell. |
