| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá self-managementem jedinců s poruchami příjmu potravy ze zaměřením na mentální anorexii. Cílem práce je zjištění, zda self-management může přispět k léčbě tohoto onemocnění. Byl kladen důraz na získání primárních informací o povědomí a názorech respondentů. Pro praktickou část byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum provedený na základě dotazníkového šetření. Byl určen pro respondenty ve věku 15 – 20 let. Dotazník se skládal ze tří částí a dohromady obsahoval 16 uzavřených otázek nutných k vyřešení výzkumných otázek, potvrzení či vyvrácení stanovených hypotéz. Pro následné vyhodnocení dat byl využit Chí-kvadrát test nezávislosti či Welchův t-test. Z výsledků nebylo prokázáno, že by věk měl vliv na celkovou úroveň sebeřízení u jedinců. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with self-management of individuals with eating disorders with a focus on anorexia nervosa. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether self-management can contribute to the treatment of this disorder. Emphasis was placed on obtaining primary information about the awareness and opinions of the respondents. For the practical part, quantitative research based on a questionnaire survey was chosen. It was designed for respondents aged 15 to 20 years. The questionnaire consisted of three parts and together contained 16 closed questions necessary to address the research questions, confirm or refute the stated hypotheses. Chi-square test of independence or Welch's t-test was used for subsequent data analysis. From the results, age was not shown to have an effect on the overall level of self-management in the individuals. |
