| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikace proticovidových opatření ve zkoumané společnosti a zjištění jejich vlivu na stresovou zátěž pracovníků. Kombinací metod polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníku, který je přizpůsoben konkrétní společnosti, jsou získána data. Tato data jsou vyhodnocena prostřednictvím popisné statistiky, zejména se jedná o absolutní a relativní četnosti, které jsou následně vizualizovány prostřednictvím sloupcových grafů. Studiem firemních materiálů a polostrukturovaným rozhovorem s manažerem společnosti byla zjištěna opatření, která byla v boji proti COVIDU-19 aplikovaná. Prostřednictvím dotazníku byl zjištěn vliv daných opatření na míru stresu. Po vyhodnocení dat dochází k zodpovězení výzkumných otázek, a tudíž ke splnění cíle této bakalářské práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to identify anti-covid measures in the observed company and to determine their effect on the stress burden of workers. Data are obtained by combining the methods of a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire that is tailored to a particular company. These data are evaluated through descriptive statistics, in particular absolute and relative frequencies, which are then visualized through bar graphs. A study of company materials and a semi-structured interview with the company manager revealed the measures that were applied in the fight against COVID-19. Through the questionnaire, the effect of the given measures on the level of stress was determined. After the evaluation of the data, the research questions are answered, and thus the aim of this bachelor's thesis is fulfilled. |
