| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza postoje rezidentů města Třeboň vůči návštěvníkům. První část práce zkoumá tuto problematiku na teoretické bázi. Důraz je kladen zejména na vymezení cestovního ruchu a základních pojmů týkajících se tohoto oboru, dále na koncept udržitelného rozvoje cestovního ruchu, pozitivní i negativní dopady cestovního ruchu a fenomén overturismu. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje městu Třeboni, jeho potenciálu pro cestovní ruch, atraktivitám, převažujícím formám turismu a návštěvnosti. Druhá, praktická část, se zabývá samotnou analýzou postoje rezidentů vůči návštěvníkům, jež je založena na datech získaných z dotazníkového šetření prováděného mezi obyvateli této destinace. Kromě samotného postoje rezidentů jsou zde následně identifikovány nejčastější pozitivní a negativní vlivy přítomnosti turistů ve městě. Zkoumána je též popularita nejfrekventovanějších typů turistů. |

| Abstract: | The major objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse residents’ attitude towards visitors in Třeboň. The first part of the thesis investigates the theoretical basis. It is focused on the terminology used, the concept of sustainable development, the positive and negative aspects of tourism and the phenomenon of overtourism. Finally, the thesis identifies the characteristics of the destination of Třeboň, its potential for the tourism industry, attractions, the most frequent forms of tourism and visit rate. In the second part, the attitude towards visitors is analysed. The analysis is based on the results of the survey conducted among residents of this destination. In addition to residents' attitude, the most frequent positive and negative impacts of tourism are identified. The popularity of selected types of tourists is also examined. |
