| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikování změn, které nastali v sektoru stravovacích služeb mezi lety 2020–2022 vlivem pandemie Covid 19, které identifikované změny zapříčinily. Data byla získána za použití kvalitativní metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se třemi manažery stravovacích zařízeních na území hlavního města Prahy, které byli cíleně vybrány. Získaná data byla analyzována za použití metod otevřeného kódování a vytváření trsu. Práce by měla přispět k prohloubení znalostí v oblasti dopadu pandemie Covidu 19 na sektor stravovacích služeb, zejména v ohledu, zda se vlivem pandemie sektor stravovacích služeb pozměnil. Z výzkumu provedeném v rámci bakalářské práce lze říci, že změny v sektoru stravovacích služeb během pandemie Covidu 19 skutečně nastaly. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the changes that have occurred in the hospitality management between 2020-2022 due to the Covid 19. Data was collected by a semi-structured interviews with three managers from Hospitality management in the capital city of The Czech Republic. The collected data was analysed by open coding and method of creating a cluster. The bachelor thesis is expected to contribute to deepen knowledge in the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the hospitality management. Especially in terms of whether the hospitality management has changed due to Covid19. From the research conducted as part of the thesis, it can be said that changes did occur in the food service sector during the Covid 19. |
